• Change Control & Maintenance

The group agreed that changes to the repeater would be documented in a book kept inside the repeater and that unless an emergency change or repair was necessary we would limit the visits to the repeater to monthly or less.

• Installation Costs & On-Going Costs

We have a bill for $910 from SpectraSite for the repeater & antenna installation. Scott to call and attempt to negotiate a reduction. Ongoing costs (worst case scenario) $300/Month.

Rich reported that we have a current balance of $405.44 in the checking account

• Collection of Dues

2002 dues were collected from those members in attendance.

• Monthly Meeting Location Proposal Scott

Scott indicated that he had found a meeting room at Mercy Bellbrook in Rochester Hills. The group agreed to give the meeting location a try and set the first meeting of 2003 for January 21.

It was also agreed that since membership is expected to grow rapidly in 2003 that the current board would resign, and new elections would be held in June 2003.
