1. Call to order

Minutes: called to accept September minutes by  Mike Koenig and Dave Edenfield  seconded.  Minutes Passed

Treasurer's Report

Treasure's report read Jim Mickle called for approval and seconded by Jim Odam motion passed

New Business

Scott asked if club would want to get a post office box.

After discussing the pro and cons Dave Edenfield called for motion to skip mail box at this time Leo Tranchida seconded. Vote by show of hands  16 for 6 against

 

 

Nets

Dave asked for people to run net on Monday night at 8:00pm

Tech report: 

From Jeff Skurda

Asked about web master and what did club want on their web page? Which brought up club news letter, notion was put off till next meeting at which time we can vote on new web master to run the web pages.

    Coordinated pair still don't have paper work Dave Edenfield asked for registered letter to be sent to MARC. Scott asked to reword to send e-mail Stu Satern seconded motion passed.

Extra:

Dave Edenfield donated three batteries to club to raffle off
