GMARC METTING MINUTES FOR JUNE 2004
Meeting called to order by President Scott (now W1BIC) at 7:06pm
Introductions were made.
Minutes from last meeting called for approval Mike N5WCS motioned and Rich K8OX seconded. Motion passed
T.J. gave the treasury report Rich K8OX motioned to accept, Dave RIT seconded. Motion passed.
Scott gave final report for E-bay; all items were sold. Except the tower; which we voted to sell. George N8GEO, motioned and Leo seconded.
Jeff asked for comets about new equipment. He would be fine-tuning.
By-laws changes:
Jim N8OKW asked about wording of by-laws. George motioned to vote on by-laws as stated, Bob Corr seconded. Motion passed
Vote was taken and passed to have honoree members.
Scott asked about Mike Wendland K8ZRH. Mike motioned and George seconded. Motion passed.
B&B Embroidery will be invited to one of our meetings, to show off his work. His phone number is (517) 625-5037
Jeff N8XN offered to chair the field day for 2005
