Introductions were made.

Minutes from last meeting called for approval, Mike N5WCS motioned and Rich K8OX seconded. Motion passed.

T.J. gave the treasury report. Rich K8OX motioned to accept, Jeff Skurda N8XN seconded. Motion passed.

Club currently has 58 paid members.

Tech report: Jeff stated that the UHF PA is back and will be installed as soon as the team has time available. Possible bad VHF duplexer and will be sent out for repair when a loaner is available.

By-laws committee chair Bobby Corr stated that Mike Wendland K8ZRH accepted Honorary membership to GMARC. Bobby KC8YWH motioned to induct Ray Novak N9JA of Icom and ARRL representative Jim Weaver K8JE as Honorary members. Leo KW8J seconded. Motion carried.

George K8GEO has several events that need communications. Also Oakland Co. EOC has a training session in October. If interested or you can help contact George at k8geo@prodigy.net
