Tech Committee report: Chuck N8ZA stated that everything is working fine. He also stated that @ Dave WI8C's antenna/tower raising party Leo K-W-8-J had a conversation via Echolink to an Italian ham in his native language.
ARRL liaison report: Scott W1BIC had nothing to report.
Interclub Liaison: George K8GEO presented details of upcoming ham radio

Newsletter: Dave W8RIT stated that Nov. GMARC newsletter should be on website by end of the week. Also requested articles from members as usual.
