September meeting minutes. A motion was made to accept minutes by Mike N5WCS and seconded by Scott W1BIC. Minutes were accepted. Motion passed; Vote carried.
Tech Committee report: Chuck N8ZA stated that everything is working fine, included the 2M link repeater. He also invited members to respond to Echolink "linkees", where many calls by them went unanswered.
Newsletter: Dave W8RIT stated that Oct. GMARC newsletter should be on website by end of the week. (At the time of this writing, the newsletter is not currently available.)
ARRL report: Scott W1BIC brought forth information of upcoming ARRL Division elections and candidate information.
Interclub Liaison: George K8GEO presented details of upcoming ham radio

Scott W1BIC brought up information on details of donated equipment. The club will decide at a later date what to do with the equipment.
NEW BUSINESS
Discussion of tri-fold brochure updating for members only and for prospective members about the club.
Bob N8ZY brought up details of website memory and changes to be made to the website.
Scott W1BIC requested reimbursement of cost of 2 GMARC club tables at the USECA Swap table that were previously paid out of his pocket. Motion was made to reimburse Scott W1BIC by Dave W8RIT, seconded by Scott W1BIC. Motion carried. Vote passed.
Bob N8ZY requested that an update of the roster webpage be made. Discussion of means to do so. Details to be added & researched, and will be brought up @ a future meeting.
