Motion to approve the January Minutes by Mike N5WCS and seconded by Eddie N8RUE. Motion passed.
IV. Treasurer’s Report
Joel WU8Y, our Treasurer, was not present. No report given.
V. Membership Report by Bobby N8CY
We have 47 members in good standing, who have paid their 2007 dues. There are 16 members who have paid their 2008 dues.
VI. Non-Profit Registration / Church Donation (Discussion)
Scott W1BICnoted that it is uncertain whether or not the Club’s Non-Profit registration with the State of Michigan has been filed. He will follow-up with the Treasurer. It is also unclear whether or not the Annual donation to Trinity Lutheran Church has been sent.

VIII. Gratis Memberships
Motion by Dave WD8IFL to provide gratis to Chuck N8ZA, Jeff, N8XN, and Dina N8YIJ. N8ZA and N8XN declined – noting that the funds are needed by the Antenna Fund. Motion amended to include only Nina N8YIJ. Seconded by Mike N5WCS. Motion passed.
Motion by Jeff N8XN that members renewing should fill-out an information form and receive a receipt from the Secretary. Second by Mike N5WCS. Motion passed.
IX. Old Business
Don K7SDF noted that the parts box is available.
X. President's Remarks
First Trunk Swap will be Saturday 12-Apr-08 from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the parking lot a Trinity Lutheran. All proceeds from the Trunk Swap will go to the Antenna Fund.
Club Picnic will be Saturday 23-Aug-08 beginning at
10:00 AM at Stony Creek Metropark – Gladeview ‘A’.
XI. New Business
The March meeting will be building Coax – SMC + BNC-N Spaghetti adapters and/or PowerPole connectors.
Don K7SDF noted that a database for ADRS tracking will be added to the Yahoo Groups site.
The 50/50 raffle winner was xxx - $21.00. ($20 to the Club).
The donations to the Coffee Fund by those present were $21.00.
XIII. Program – Building 2-Meter J-Pole Antenna – Dave WD8IFL
Scott W1BIC showed some pictures of the GMARC antenna site that the GM RenCen and there was discussion about the future of our repeaters. Jeff N8XN suggested that we concentrate on the UHF repeater in the near term.
